Two ways to sign
You choose one for each signer. And we tell you plainly what each one is.
Online acceptance
A drawn or typed signature, confirmed with a code sent by email and an explicit acceptance of the document.
This is a simple electronic signature: its weight as proof rests on the evidence we keep.
Digital certificate
The signer uses their personal certificate, such as the FNMT one or the DNIe, through AutoFirma.
The private key never leaves the signer's computer. We validate the signature and show you the result.
Evidence you can check
Every signed document comes with a record of who accepted which version, when and how.
- The exact version of the document each person accepted.
- A history that reveals any later change.
- A seal and a timestamp on the final PDF.
